01 - 12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
02 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

05 - 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
06 - 1/2 cup chopped candied orange peel
07 - 3/4 cup roasted, salted almonds, coarsely chopped
08 - 1/2 cup roasted pistachios, shelled
09 - 1/3 cup thinly sliced prosciutto or salami, crisped and chopped (optional, omit for vegetarian)
10 - 1 tablespoon flaky sea salt, for garnish
# Method:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and provide easy removal.
02 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring continuously until completely smooth. Remove from heat once mixture is glossy.
03 - Fold in chopped dried figs, apricots, candied orange peel, roasted almonds, pistachios, and crisped prosciutto or salami if using. Combine until ingredients are evenly distributed.
04 - Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, arranging them with ample space in between.
05 - Lightly sprinkle each cluster with a pinch of flaky sea salt to enhance flavor balance.
06 - Refrigerate the clusters for at least 1 hour, or until firmly set.
07 - Present chilled or allow to reach room temperature before serving for optimal taste and texture.
