Festive sandwich with turkey, cranberry, stuffing, and cheddar on soft brioche. Easy and quick holiday favorite.

01 - 8 slices brioche bread
→ Fillings
02 - 7 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced
03 - 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
04 - 3.5 oz cooked stuffing
05 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
06 - 4 slices mild cheddar cheese (optional)
→ Vegetables
07 - 1 small handful baby spinach or lettuce leaves
08 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
→ Butter
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
# Method:
01 - Lightly toast the brioche slices until golden, if desired for enhanced flavor.
02 - Apply mayonnaise evenly on one side of each brioche slice.
03 - On four brioche slices, layer turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, cheddar cheese if using, and spinach or lettuce leaves.
04 - Top each prepared slice with thinly sliced red onion.
05 - Cover with the remaining brioche slices, mayonnaise side facing the fillings.
06 - Lightly spread softened butter on the outside surfaces of each sandwich.
07 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches 2-3 minutes per side, pressing gently until bread is golden and fillings are warmed.
08 - Slice sandwiches and serve immediately while warm.
